It is important that employee safety comes first. Please do not ask your cleaner to lift anything over 40 pounds or to climb a ladder any higher than a step stool. We also ask that during snow storms the path to our access door is clear and safe for us to carry our equipment into your home.
If you find you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning please contact our office 2 business days prior to your cleaning day. This will allow us appropriate time to fill your cleaner's schedule to compensate for their missed payroll. If we receive less than 2 day notice or are unable to access your home on your regular scheduled cleaning visit we reserve the right to charge the full price of your cleaning. Access to your home:
If you wish to be home while we clean or let us in on cleaning day please be advised we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. We offer 2 arrival windows of 8-11 or 10-2. There are many different reasons that effect our schedules throughout the day such as traffic, cancellations, added services at customers' homes, new accounts and weather. Please be patient if you decide to wait for your cleaner or contact our office to set up alternate access so that you don't have to wait.
